What should I expect once I submit an inquiry?

After submitting the inquiry form, we will send over an email confirming your order and finalizing all details within 24-48 hours. Once we have confirmed your order, you will receive an invoice for payment that is required to complete ensuring your order is confirmed.

Your order is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid.

Are the flowers used edible?

If the flowers are edible it will be noted in the item description and ingredient list. If they are fresh florals, rest assured they are organic and food safe, but not intended for consumption. We will remind you of this when ordering if we are using fresh florals instead of edible florals in your order.

Do you offer any allergen friendly options?

We are happy to make your order allergen friendly. Simply inquire and we will make it happen. If you have other allergen concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Will you make anything I want?

Within reason. We stay true to our style as a baker and artist. Take a look around our website and social media to get a feel for my style and decide if you think we are a good fit. We work one-on-one with each client to guarantee a beautiful result. Friendly reminder we do not offer fondant cakes, themed cakes, character cakes, vintage piping and writing on cakes.

What should I expect once I submit an inquiry?

All our ingredients and supplies are carefully sourced, from local artisans, purveyors and farms. Everything is baked in house, hand decorated and hand packed with care. Thursday takes on limited orders at a time to focus on creating a beautiful experience from start to finish. 

How far in advance do I need to order?

For smaller orders, 1-2 weeks. For larger orders, 3-4 weeks.
